THE REBAKE
STORY

HOW IT ALL STARTED

Having immersed myself in the world of baking for over a decade, starting as a home baker, later undergoing formal training as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu London and subsequently working in the hospitality industry I have accumulated quite a collection of bakeware! My siblings often tease me about how I seem to have occupied every last inch of kitchen storage space in our family home.

In my pursuit of a more conscious lifestyle, I started thinking about ways to bake more efficiently and sustainably. I noticed that only a handful of my bakeware pieces are frequently used, while specialized and holiday-themed items tend to gather dust for most of the year.

For me, the joy of baking has always been about sharing the resulting treats, so I began to explore the idea of extending this sharing mentality to the very tools and vessels used in their creation. This shift in perspective not only promotes a sense of community but also offers cost savings, reduces the number of underutilized bakeware items, and ultimately minimizes waste.

And voila, the idea for Rebake was born—a community where like-minded individuals can unite to share our passion for baking, recipes, ideas, and most significantly bakeware.

By making small adjustments to our lifestyles, we can collectively make a positive impact on the world we inhabit. And if that means enjoying more delicious bakes and connecting with amazing individuals along the way, then it's truly a win-win!

I invite you to join me on this journey and Rebake the world a better place - thank you!
